Hackfest Planning
- June 27-29 | Amsterdam (registration | draft agenda)
- Discussed ways to format the 3 days to effectively bring new devs up the learning curve, facilitate cross-project collaboration, convene WGs for discussion, and have actual hacking.
- Continue discussion on mailing list thread
- October 3-4 | Montreal (registration coming soon)
Copyright/license policy discussion
- No concerns around proposed license policy.
- The copyright portion of the discussion was tabled, need legal guidance on the topic
- Open questions raised:
- Do the initial contributors maintain copyright and does that remain in source files?
- If yes, should we include a second copyright line for Hyperledger and its contributors?
- Do we even need a copyright line? Does copyright make sense when you are open sourcing something?
Quarterly project updates
