TSC meeting process

Monday:

Post proposed agenda to Wiki using Template (include Antitrust notice and Code of Conduct images)

You will need to check the calendar and add upcoming quarterly updates to the appropriate sections For WGs, For Projects

You will need to check updates that are due to see if they are published, if not move them to the list for next time and note the date

Tuesday:

Incorporate feedback and send agenda. Example

Encourage people to Add Content to Wiki via Email list and Chat.

Thursday:

Before meeting starts:

    • Join meeting and take ownership (so you can record).
      • mute everyone on join
      • disable annotation
      • disable chat
    • Update the minutes for attendance. You need to record who from the TSC has shown up on the new meeting notes and let the chair/lead know once quorum is reached.

Meeting itself:

Start recording once the signal is given

Remind people using Zoom's chat to use the chat channel instead

End recording, wait for Zoom to save it locally

After meeting:

Upload and rename recording. You will need to upload the video, audio, and chat file (if it exists)

Edit the wiki to add additional meeting minutes and links to the recordings.
