Solang Project Proposal - Approved by roll call vote
Ursa library has a number of security issues and some code in it needs updates.
Iroha project heavily relies on Ursa and we sent an email to the Hyperledger security list at Aug 3 with no response until Aug 12.
Something needs to change about the way Ursa is maintained.
