Establish an off-TSC time for a second meeting every month (initial proposal: 19 April @ 10am eastern, then every 4 weeks after)
5-15 min brainstorm on the philosophy to get a feel for the "edges"
5-15 min brainstorm on project areas, including new areas.
Brainstorm on #2 will be to inform but not limit brainstorm of #3, the two I think will feed off each other
