    1. Wechat
    2. Github, for code project focused conversation
  2. Where do you do the majority of your communication for work/hobby/education? 
    1. For Education video sharing, Tencent Video (LF teammate own an official account) & Bilibili (community sharing usual choice)
    2. Hobby: Wechat
    3. Work: Github & Wechat
  3. How many different platforms do you use to communicate with DLT communities? 
    1. mentioned above

Identity

  1. Do you need to log-in to access the community you want? (Does a LFID hinder you from using the Hyperledger chat platform?)
    1. Yes, both Wechat and Github require identity login
    2. LFID is new to newcomer. Any ID that people didnot use will be a slight hinder on chat platform. LFID itself is easy to use afaik
  2. Do you prefer to share your info (for follow-up, email support, more) or remain anonymous? 
    1. People in TWGC does not mind whether himself is identifiable or not.
  3. Would another authentication format entice you over the Linux Foundation ID?
    1. Microsoft AD, it is now integrated with Github ID and outlook/hotmail systems
  4. What information about yourself are you comfortable sharing? What information about yourself are you NOT comfortable sharing? 
    1. Sharable: Working email, Github ID
    2. Not comfortable: Wechat moments, personal email, fullname in legal, identity card number


Engagement

  1. Why do you log on to the Hyperledger community platform? 
    1. For FAQ dashboard purpose. Raise up a question, see if previous conversation have answered my question
  2. What functionality (or level of engagement) would make you log on more to the platform? 
    1. Integration with Github（issue, review request, PR and discussion board)
    2. Integration with Wechat to allow cross platform reply
    3. integration with meeting tool like VooV, Zoom, Microsoft Team
  3. Do you ever browse the chat channels other than your primary channel? If not, what is stopping you from doing so? 
    1. Yes
    2. The accessibiliy is the main blocker, a lot of times the whole chat.hyperledger.org is out of service
  4. Do you collaborate outside of Hyperledger chat platforms to accomplish your DLT or project work?
    1. Yes
