  1. Let's be sure whatever chat channel(s) we recommend do not have enterprise restrictions.
  2. Communication out to where is the best place to find information and chat with one another will be important regardless of chat channel location
  3. There are power users of Discord, RocketChat, WeChat, and WhatsApp

  1. Schedule a follow up in early Jan
  2. Team continue to conduct informational interviews
  3. Grace to update and circulate survey for feedback. Then need to include in devnewsletter
