Hyperledger 国际化工作说明

主要工作内容：

Hyperledger 文档中文翻译，目前主要Fabric 文档的翻译已经集成到 Fabric 官方文档中。

当前进度：

1. Fabric v1.0 文档翻译，当时记录在wiki.hyperledger.org上，后来通过readthedocs关联GitHub仓库，形成了更易读，更易于协作翻译的一套办法。

2. Fabric v1.1 文档翻译，采用GitHub + readthedocs的办法。

3. Fabric v1.2 文档翻译，由于项目得到了社区管理者的支持，主要是Linux foundation的支持，使得翻译项目可以成为HyperLedger实验室项目，然后变更了GitHub地址： https://github.com/hyperledger-labs

4. Fabric v1.3 文档翻译，GitHub地址和readthedocs地址都不需要变更，和v1.2文档的地址一致。GitHub上新建了分支，readthedocs上可以直接同步。
5. Fabric v1.4 文档翻译，已经基于 v1.4.2 的版本完成了第一版翻译，并已集成到 Fabric 官方文档中。
6. Fabric v2.0 文档正在翻译中。

将来，像HyperLedger Indy 等其他文档翻译的事情也可以用GitHub + readthedocs的方式管理，但是目前Hyperledger-labs没有Indy的专有项目，可以使用其他GitHub organization账号管理。非常欢迎你能参与到这个工作中来，由于参与翻译的人员大部分是全职工作的人员，所以Fabric v1.0、v1.1、v1.2、v1.3四个版本都没有翻译完毕。
