  • Discussion on White paper plan

  • Define work items and assignments

  • Disucss proposed PoC and plan for implementation.

Meeting Summary

  • Agreement by participant on the initial scope and proposal for the subgroup

  • Addressing the need to develop this and have an outcome that will qualify as a white paper and possibly extend it to be an RFC that can be submitted to 3GPP/ IETF or other organizations

  • Work on defining the white paper ToC and have all members participate in review through a shared google doc 

  • Next meeting will be for brainstorming around the developed ToC with some presentations

  • Coding of PoC will be through Convector and smart contract in Typescript/JavaScript 

  • Bilal called for who want to participate code for the PoC. Vipin, Ahmad, Sudeepta and Saurabh volunteered. Bret discussed the extension of IoT and will join once IoT parts are included.

  • Target for white paper and PoC is the MWC event in late Feb 2020.

  • Subgroup meetings will be during the main group meeting on every other Thursday and if needed use the alternating Thursday art the same time for subgroup specific meeting

Action Items

  • Build the first ToC for the white paper before meeting next week. (Ahmad and Bilal)

  • Create and share a google doc for the white paper (Ahmad)

  • Create and share a GitHub repo for the PoC (Ahmad)

  • Presentation for brainstorming session next week (Vipin)
