Whitepaper planning	It is essential that we get good participation to write the whitepaper During the upcoming Telecom SIG meeting, groups can be formed to start working on the different sections of the whitepaper. Vipin can contribute to the CDR orchestration and the networking part of the architecture Aman can provide material that was created for TMforum use cases, which can be useful for the whitepaper content. Some of the key details that are needed as part of the whitepaper are Problem Statement, Current functioning, Blockchain overview, Blockchain advantage proposed architecture.
Operator Invitation	We have to build content and show the activities before Telecom operators can be invited to join the forum. Once we have the content ready, we will move towards PoC.
Hardware Requirement	Vipin confirmed that Linux foundation networking and Hyperledger to provide hardware for local setup. Aman can share the demo BNA files from TMforum with Hyperledgerlab.
Sub Group Name	We can select from Bilal's suggestions, using Wholesale instead of Interconnect can cover more data streams like IoT, M2M, as these interactions will also need reconciliation Name to be finalized during the next group meeting
Recurring Meeting Schedule	Due to the unavailability of key participants in the Subgroup meeting, this will be decided during the planned Telecom SIG meeting.
