II. Introductions from people new to the call:

III. EdX Update / Discussion:
- Status of Working Groups Efforts to track work requests EdX Updates
- Discussion on how we can support the EdX effort. Flavia discuss the managing of repository requests, Traci used to handle the request but since she left no one is assisting. Need Subject Matter expert to assure accuracy of content, should come from the community architects. Flavia will reach out to Silonia on her Friday call.
- UPDATE ON COURSE WARE: The Basic course will become 2 separate offerings.
- Blockchain for Business, basically the current first three chapter will be edited to include sections that discuss the frameworks, not teach you to install network. Overall content will be VERY stable GO LIVE July
- Technical course, use of command line skills need to set up a Hyperledger Environment, a stand alone course will to install and update frameworks, will improve on the HANDS ON instruction. Go live after July.
- Rocket Chat Requests
- Group decided to post request on Wiki Page instead of Rocket chat, Bobbi will add section for project ownership and Flavia will check How-To Videos to assure accuracy of training people in the group to do the updates.
- Once new course is created our group will REVIEW FOR ACCURACY
IV. Wiki / Pages (Updates and Additions) Group went over new pages added to wiki

- Bi-weekly meeting agenda and meeting recordings Directed group to look at agendas and meetings
- Table for Framework Resources Home page now has grid with a tab for each framework, newt call Bobbi will add Tools as well, It is the groups objective to get a representative from each tool and framework to add the content they are working on so the Learning Material Library is accurate and up to date

- Best Practices Resource Checklist: Need to create a process by which standards are applied. Best Practice badge will be award to documentation that passes BEST PRACTICE Guidelines (yet to be determined). Need to work on Best practices Standards. James add a link to a page that has guidelines for developing best practices
- Membership Drive folder
- Created to help on board new members , section need to be created: How to guides to get involved in the different ACTION PLANS our group

- Encourage member to join other Working Groups and Special Interest Groups as representatives of the Learning Materials Working Group.
- Each current member is encourage to join other Working Groups and Special Interest groups , introduce themselves as a representative from Learning Materials working group, offer support and assist in Best practices for documentation

Edit and test Materials : David Boswell David discussed the lack of direction for the updates and it was left up to flFlavia to determine system for this group to help out.
VII. Recruitment:
- All (12) Projects should have representation in Learning Material resources, then representation should extend to Working Groups and Special Interest Groups. Each member is encourage to reach out, Bobbi will remind Silona to get tool and framework people involved .
- . Universities - Hack-a-thons, Internships, Labs develop ecosystems. MEETUPS: David reviewed the University page on the Hyperledger website as well as the Join the mailing list page for us to direct new university associate to. Also encourage professor to develop courses from the open source material available. FREE MEMBERSHIP to HYPERLEDGER for universities.
- Richard pointed out HYPERLEDGER marketing department should let us know what people are looking for so we can target our recruitment

Hyperledger Overview Q1, 2019: Reviewed the new presentation for members to use for Meetups or Recruitment.
