III. Resources for getting up to speed on updating the MOOC

Discussion if group has resources for updating MOOC , we are a small group but we will still try to devote resources to this very important need to update to MOOC,

IV.  New Wiki / Pages: went over new Structure

  • Talked about added resources and how to apply standards.
  • Need Additional Case Studies
  • Possible adding a section for White Papers
  • System to move documents out of staging into production

V.   2019 Team / Individual Objectives

Maintain a Resources page that all projects contribute to that adhere to document standards for Hyperledger.

Survey:  Need to determine  group members can help (1) MOOC (2) Standards Creation (3) Propagating and Managing Resource page . 

VI. Recruitment:  Two pronged recruitment proposal

  1.  All (12) Projects should have representation in Learning Material resources, then representation should extend to Working Groups and Special Interest Groups.
  2. . Universities - Hack-a-thons, Internships, Labs develop ecosystems. . David Boswell for Contact 


VII. Old Business:

Outstanding Pull Requests: Flavia mention PULL REQUESTS were under Traci , no clear contact person, not Flavia, must be on the Hyperledger side, Silona will look into. 

VIII. New Business

Document Ready Checklist merged into a discussion by Gordon on the system for producing quality documentation. He will post style guide to Wiki

ACTION ITEM: Group will produce a rough draft of a document: Market Release Standards that will define processes  documentation development life cycle

ALL MEMBERS , need to add information to the WIKI contact page.
