Discuss the strategy priorities for the year in general and also
Establish task forces based on the individual strategy priorities
- assign responsibilities to whoever wishes to volunteer and
- define end state/success criteria for each task force
- agree on key performance indicators for each task force

	Strategic Priorities – Interest in creating a task force to assess needs of community to make sure our initiatives are addressing real issues that will make an impact. No owner for this so we can leave as an open item to assess in a future call.
