I disagree with completely eliminating working groups. I think the ones that are struggling just need to re-charter or disband.

are there any that are succeeding? the ones that have been successful in the past have been those that are effectively task forces.
After the discussion during the TSC meeting this morning (10/24), I agree the Working Groups should be dropped and restructured. The Learning Materials Working Group has not had an increase in membership and the bi weekly calls are poorly attended. The resource library, our work product, seems a better fit for a Marketing department . The Ed-x proofreading and editing of the hyperledger courses would be a better fit for a goal specific task force. As for the development of standards, using contract professional writers makes more sense for quality of output. I agree with proposal 3.
