      2. BBS+:  supposed to be used, but code being copied rather than called.

        • An ecosystem governance framework (EGF) would need to set policies of some kind at all four layers of the architecture.

        • An EGF would most likely need to set policies for the actors/parties playing specific roles, but less so for governing specific components.

        • The Museum Pass family of use cases is actually a very good exercise of the whole ToIP stack. In particular, there are at least 3 different trust tasks involved at Layer 3:

          1. Verifiable credential exchange (issuance, presentation).

          2. Appointment/ticket scheduling.

          3. Payment.
