LFDT India Chapter Governace

At LFDT India Chapter we dedicated to provide open and transparent governance framework to community participation, contributions to LFDT and LFDT India Chapter. This governance will work on defining rules and guidelines for selecting chapter leads, contributors and thier roles in the community.

All decision will be taken care under the decision log and need to be approved by existing community leaders.

• Guidelines

  • Regular Engagement:

    • Attend at least 60% of scheduled meetings (virtual or in-person).

    • Actively participate in discussions, decision-making processes, and working groups.

  • Deliverables and Responsibilities:

    • Fulfill assigned tasks and responsibilities within agreed timelines.

    • Lead or significantly contribute to at least one major initiative, event, or project per quarter (e.g., hackathons, workshops, documentation updates).

  • Community Presence:

    • Maintain an active presence in community forums, meetups, or online channels (e.g., Discord, LinkedIn).

    • Respond to community questions and feedback in a timely manner.
