Leadership role changes

Background

The Hyperledger India chapter's leads are nominated and chosen based on prior and ongoing contributions to the community, active engagement, fulfilment of leadership roles and participation in weekly calls. In case the selected leaders are unable to actively contribute, the role will be awarded to more active community members.
