• Highlight key initiatives, upcoming events, and opportunities for members to get involved.

Implement the basics:

• Develop a collaboration and information flow system to streamline communication and resource sharing within the chapter.

• Appoint a dedicated contact point to act as a liaison for inquiries, partnerships, and member support.

• Organise and schedule regular online meetings to foster collaboration and engagement across the community.

Establish key initiatives for Q2-Q4

• Identify priority initiatives for the rest of 2025 based on member input and community needs.

• Develop a roadmap and allocate resources for these initiatives to ensure smooth implementation.

Work with DLT, and tech events to promote the chapter:

• Build partnerships with leading blockchain and tech events to enhance visibility.

• Create opportunities for members to become speakers at these events, showcasing their expertise and promoting the chapter’s goals.
