3. Planned Events & Meetups / Speaking Opportunities (10 minutes)
Announcements on upcoming events, meetups, and conferences where the chapter will be involved.
Opportunities for members to present, speak, or contribute at external events.
Event-related collaboration needs or volunteer roles.
4. New Projects Planned / Launched / Delivered (10 minutes)
New or ongoing projects within the chapter.
Key achievements and updates from project teams.
5. Open Discussion (25 minutes)
Additional topics for discussion, feedback, or brainstorming.
Challenges or suggestions for improving the chapter's initiatives.
Closing (5 minutes)
Key takeaways and action items from the meeting.
Setting the next meeting date and any immediate follow-up
