Hyperledger Besu could be a good approach. It unites a private permissioned network with a link to the public Ethereum mainnet
Break offsets into smaller units than 1 tonne of CO2 equivalent. Micropayment, e.g. I offset the CO2 emissions of my cup of coffee directly when I buy it
