There's a change on how we specify JSON RPC
Submit PR against repo and now there's conversation around it
We used to have to submit EIPs — this way is easier/ faster for making JSON RPC changes
Still pending PRs for JSON RPC changes for EIP-1559
GoQuorum ATs is now a required build step
Turned on acceptance tests with interoperability with Besu <> GoQuorum
