Release updates
- Release testnet blocks post all core devs
- Recap: entering deprecation of Orion
  - Will need to take down network to migrate to Tessera
  - Orion is will still be supported until November 30th
- New Release: Besu 21.1.6

Work Updates
- Eth1-specs repo and associated 1559 changes and pending changes
  - https://github.com/ethereum/eth1.0-specs/tree/master/json-rpc
  - There's a change on how we specify JSON RPC
  - Submit PR against repo and now there's conversation around it
  - We used to have to submit EIPs — this way is easier/ faster for making JSON RPC changes
  - Still pending PRs for JSON RPC changes for EIP-1559
- GoQuorum ATs is now a required build step
  - Turned on acceptance tests with interoperability with Besu <> GoQuorum
