Over the past months, the Hyperledger Supply Chain Special Interest Group (SIG) - a group of blockchain enthusiasts and innovators from various companies - has worked on finding the most interesting blockchain applications in the supply chain - and we would like you to contribute.

Our aim is to create a repository for best practices on blockchain in the supply chain from various industries. At your direction, your responses will be kept anonymous.
