Review:
- Review Workflow status (Identity credentials in a healthcare setting)
  - Additional clarification highlighted in orange
  - New Patient Creation
    - Covers both patient with/without a credential wallet
  - Schedule an appointment in office
    - Add options to issue an appointment credential and/or send an appointment message via email/SMS/DIDComm
  - Schedule an appointment remotely with a known patient
    - Assumes the patient already has a patient credential and a prior relationship with the patient
  - Patient Checkin for an appointment
    - If the patient information in the patient ID credentials is updated, after a new patient ID credential is issued, add optional notification by the patient to the previous issuer of the patient credential.
  - Added a workflow to handle patient referrals
  - Add cloud custodial wallet to handle patients who don't have a mobile device for hosting the wallet.
- Next steps
  - Get clinic personnel to review the workflows for feedback.
  - Handoff to Trevor for writeup
  - How to fit FHIR records in patient health credential (labs, patient history, vaccinations, etc.)
    - Anoncreds works best for patient identity; JSON-LD or SD-JWT might be more suitable for FHIR records.
