Review Workflow status (Identity credentials in a healthcare setting)

New Patient Creation
Covers both patient with/without a credential wallet
Schedule an appointment in office
Add options to issue an appointment credential and/or send an appointment message via email/SMS/DIDComm
Schedule an appointment remotely with a known patient
Assumes the patient already has a patient credential and a prior relationship with the patient
Patient Checkin for an appointment
If the patient information in the patient ID credentials is updated, after a new patient ID credential is issued, add optional notification by the patient to the previous issuer of the patient credential.
Added a workflow to handle patient referrals
Add cloud custodial wallet to handle patients who don't have a mobile device for hosting the wallet.

How to fit FHIR records in patient health credential (labs, patient history, vaccinations, etc.)
Anoncreds works best for patient identity; JSON-LD or SD-JWT might be more suitable for FHIR records.
