Quarterly reports
- 2020 Q1 Hyperledger Iroha
- Question about diversification of maintainers. There's a maintainer outside of Soramitsu.
- Question about the status of Iroha using Ursa. Iroha is now able to use Ursa.
- Question about what can we do to help diversify the Iroha maintainership? Looking to find more contributors and maintainers from the current production systems being built with Iroha.
- Are there any blog posts or other tutorials on how to get going with Iroha? Yes, there are some old ones but there are new ones being written and some focused on the interop between Burrow and Iroha and Ursa. Focusing on HGF to recruit new community members.
- What is the messaging around Iroha and what is it that attracts people now? Is it C++? Is it simpler? Etc.
- 2020 Q1 Hyperledger Indy
- Coordinating a significant upgrade of the verifiable credentials specification in Indy.
- What about the Gitlab CI setup? Aren't we all moving to AZP? Some legacy systems are getting updated.

PASSED UNANIMOUSLY
- TSC Election observers
- Seems like an inexpensive way to add more transparency.
- TSC Election voters selection
- Using the existing tools.
- People can run them against their own repos.
- Give the CA staff some agency to remove obviously fraudulent addresses.
