Introduction to Learning Materials Working Group: Learning Materials Development Working Group The Learning Materials Development working group reports to the Hyperledger Technical Steering Committee. It is focused on developing open-source training material (licensed as specified by the Hyperledger Charter) to educate people interested in expanding their knowledge of Hyperledger and its projects. The working group will consult with other Hyperledger working groups, Hyperledger team members, and the project maintainers to identify training needs and develop strategies, as well as, material to address those needs. The output of this working group will be targeted toward both technical and non-technical audiences. |

Announcement, Vote for the TOC, Election runs the month of November | |
AnonCreds ZKP-based verifiable credentials (which started life in Indy) as an open standard (see the spec being created). Much progress has been made recently in making AnonCreds ledger agnostic, meaning that it is not dependent on Hyperledger Indy, but can be supported by other ledgers and mechanisms. That change will reduce the resistance to the use of AnonCreds by those thinking it is "proprietary", but should also help Indy, as it is the easiest way to deploy the capability. |

- Documentation Task Force-Benjamin To Share Documentation
- On-boarding task force-John to create onboarding documentation based on Ben's template. Initial focus on the business user and then focus on technical user. John also working on essential resources page.
- Hyperledger Career Fair-Successful 2022 event. Discussed changes for the 2023 event. Three sessions to cover worldwide time zones.
VII. New Business
- Jim Mason proposed getting an 8 slide overview deck from Hyperledger Fabric that could then be utilized by other Hyperledger projects for a similar overview of their project.
- Jim Sullivan proposed supporting a new initiative that uses the EVM in the Hyperledger ecosystem.
