GLEIF joined the W3C in order to influence the direction of the W3C Verifiable Credentials 2.0 Working Group.
The Miami F2F meeting last week resulted in a decision that other non JSON-LD representations of verifiable credentials could be officially recognized as a W3C VC-compliant format.
