The session will focus on the work of Impact Plus and Polygon integrating MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning) methodologies with blockchain technology, emphasizing its application in improving impact measurement for social and environmental projects. It explores how MEAL can bring a structured, ethical approach to evaluating blockchain's effectiveness and impact as well as the practical work we have been doing with start-ups, academia and governments agencies.
