I (Dan) reassembled a lot of this WG's content and added some updated links for what's going on in other open source organizations. This was presented to the Confidential Compute Consortium (confidentialcomputing.io) TAC in April 2021. The overall goal of the talk was to initiate DCI planning in that organization, i.e., do we make a WG like Hyperledger's, do we prefer to issue requirements or instead recommendations, etc.
