Announcements
Note that this will be the last issue of /dev/weekly in 2024. We hope everyone has a great time over the holidays and we'll be following up again in January with more developer news from the LF Decentralized Trust community.
Code & Projects
Congratulations to the 11 people who have been elected to the LFDT 2025 Technical Advisory Council. The TAC is the technical governing body that helps steer the overall direction of the community. Everyone in the community is welcome to join TAC discussions and share your suggestions, even if you weren't elected to the group. The TAC will be taking a break over the holidays, but all are welcome to join the weekly calls every Thursday in 2025.

Events
The Science of Blockchain Conference 2025 is taking place at U.C. Berkeley on Aug 4-6 and the organizers are currently accepting submissions for talk proposals for the event until March 13. If you'd like to speak at a conference that focuses on technical innovations in the blockchain ecosystem and brings together researchers and practitioners working in the space, then submit your proposal before the deadline.
You can find more Hyperledger calls and other events listed on the community calendar.
This newsletter is sent out to hundreds of Hyperledger developers. It is a collaborative effort. If you have a project release, pull request, community event, and/or relevant article you would like highlighted next week, please leave a comment for consideration.
