Hyperledger Fabric v1.1 Release Testing

  1. On March 16, 2018, a final set of Release Tests were triggered and executed on the released images, many from the fabric-samples repository: byfn, efyn with default channel, custom channel, couchdb, node chaincode on x86_64, s390x and ppc64le platforms, and fabcar, balance-transfer, fabric-ca samples on x86_64 and mac. All worked as expected.

  2. Many people contributed manual testing effort with positive and negative testing with these and other scripts.

  3. All the usual Unit Tests and merge jobs tests were executed in every repository using jenkins.

  4. Automated Daily Test Suite, executed March 16, 2018 - Using CLI scripts, Behave, and some traffic generation tools for testing each component

  5. SVT - System Verification Tests - Feature tests and System tests for this release
