    • PR587: HTLC on cactus-api-server

      • Takuma: Cactus-api-server should not depend on the functions on each ledgers (Ethereum, Fabric, ...).

      • Peter: This is quite right.

      • Shingo: HTLC should be supported as an application or some optional plugin.

      • [Conclusion] Move to sub directory

  • (2) Releasing plan

    • V0.4.0: 

      • Shingo: I suggest to prepare Hyperledger docker env.

      • Peter: Already done on Docker Hub. <http://hub.docker.com> - search by "hyperledger/cactus"
