  1. It does not say how voting will be counted and conducted, how does it work?

    1. In this case, no wallets etc will be used. One vote per maintainer and the current list of maintainers

  2. By which date should the technical charter be completed by?

    1. Once comments are done, we will take this to the Linux foundation and agree with them on that. One week for comments (due date 4th of June)
