What can be done to improve the attendance?

invite students, faculty from different institutions and ask them to present/ give summary of research articles related to healthcare
can be posted in the blog
a common discussion during Dec with all the stakeholders and come out with the collaborative project
open discussions, involve students
student chapters / collage clubs focusing on HC SIG
