  - Released simultaneously GHA and CircleCI –> Circle CI as primary

  - Next release to be run with GHA as primary, and CircleCI as backup
  - Testing quarantine procedures
  - CI/CD Migration → Source of truth document (open to suggestions and feedback)

  - Need GDPR compliance in Besu for DIDs - DID, Meta-data, pub keys
    - State we can clear values
    - Events can we clear values?
  - Could we use blob space and KZG commitments? The data would be unavailable after some time on-chain, but the commitments could be useful to prove validity.
  - Public network compatibility longer-term will have challenges.
