  • Announcements on upcoming events, meetups, and conferences where the chapter will be involved.

  • Opportunities for members to present, speak, or contribute at external events.

  • Event-related collaboration needs or volunteer roles.

4. New Projects Planned / Launched / Delivered (10 minutes)

  • New or ongoing projects within the chapter.

  • Key achievements and updates from project teams.

5. Open Discussion (25 minutes)

  • Additional topics for discussion, feedback, or brainstorming.

  • Challenges or suggestions for improving the chapter's initiatives.

  1. Closing (5 minutes)

  • Key takeaways and action items from the meeting.

  • Setting the next meeting date and any immediate follow-up
