Code & Projects

Learn more about how LFDT projects are being used in production with a report from last year’s COP29 climate event written by the Chair of the Climate Action and Accounting SIG. There was positive momentum behind standardizing climate data measurement and verification and growing confidence in the tools we're developing for transparent climate accounting. There was also a lot of interest in the Hedera Guardian ecosystem, which is being built on top of the Hiero project’s code and provides enabling functionality for auditable climate finance.

Noteworthy Pull Requests

Articles, Training & Tutorials

In case you missed it, check out the recording of the recent technical workshop about Hiero’s SDKs. Hendrik Ebbers spends over three hours giving you all the information you need to get started using the Hiero project, the open source code that runs the Hedera network.

Events

Join an online webinar on March 5 at 7AM Pacific to learn about the new Paladin lab that is building an open-source privacy framework that empowers enterprises to control sensitive information while maintaining transparency and scalability. Lab maintainers Peter Broadhurst and Andrew Richardson will break down Paladin’s architecture, explore its real-world applications, and discuss how it unlocks new possibilities for production blockchain projects.

You can find more project calls and other events listed on the community calendar.

This newsletter is sent out to hundreds of LF Decentralized Trust developers. It is a collaborative effort. If you have a project release, pull request, community event, and/or relevant article you would like highlighted next week, please leave a comment for consideration.
