  3. Presentation: IEEE Blockchain Governance Framework

Description: IEEE P2145 working group has been working on Blockchain Governance standards, to provide a common nomenclature and framework for blockchain governance across different use cases and contexts, including public, private, permissioned, permissionless, and hybrid solutions. The standards follow a modular approach for blockchain governance, recognizing that governance of blockchain solution involves governance of many different components and facets of the solution. The standard provides guidance for identifying the governance targets, and provides a consistent structure for governance design. The session will introduce the standard and discuss how the extensible framework can be applied for various aspects of CA2SIG projects, including ecosystem, technology solution and system lifecycle.
