1.Do you have any questions about the Giving Chain project and what the project GOAL is?
- I don't have any queries yet. The objective of this project is smooth functioning of the Donar System(R2D) without any glitch. Blockchain plays a pivotal role in this project and will leave no stone unturned while achieving the goal.
2.Do you have a preference to part time (20 hours a week from June to November). Or Full time (40 hours from June to August)
- It's high time and I would like to prefer Full time because I am available to give my best shot (20 hours a week from June to November).
3.Describe what you feel the project must overcome
- In a conventional funding system the bottleneck of this project would be an online donation that cannot be done by old people who are not familiar with the technology. Donors want to ensure that their charities are being used the best way possible for the cause. Convincing donors to give regularly can be difficult. Understandably, donors want to ensure that their food supplies, individuals & community are being used in the best way possible for the cause. if they feel their donations haven't been used appropriately, then they may just walk out, especially if they no longer feel invested in the culture of specific charities.
To overcome the issues above, Blockchain can enable more transparent and accurate end-to-end tracking in the supply chain. Organizations can digitize physical assets and create decentralize permanent record of all the transactions making it possible to track the donor system from D2R. And another I would say that likely to authenticate the Donor and volunteer as well to recognize the ability to secure the process.
4.What does success look like for this project.
- I would say that making a charity project to split into areas like Purpose, Practicing, People and clarity of the goal from all stakeholders. Donations are kept as cryptocurrency, it should be possible to track when a charity receives, holds, transfers or exchanges a cryptocurrency donation. If the app interface works properly without any glitch then the donor would feel extremely satisfied and trusted.
The success of the project relies on whether it is able to stimulate the selected genuine international community like "Khalsa Aid" or any other charity organization to manage their own operations. Moreover, truly successful projects are donor-centric who focuses on communicating with their donors how the donors made things happen.

Dear Bobbi Muscara,
I am a graduate engineer in computer science and engineering. I’d like to take this opportunity to apply for Hyperledger Mentorship Program. As a graduate engineer I am really interested in joining this program because it would help me gain a real-world software development by working closely with active developers in the community. And get introduced to open source development infrastructure, tooling, and culture .This is a kind of experience that I might not get in my university.
I got to know about the mentorship program from my network because I am organizer and leading the Jalandhar, India chapter of Hyperledger. I have held various internship positions at various companies that have provided me with important hands-on experience to work as a foundation to build my career in computer science and engineering.
I want this internship because I am looking for an opportunity that lets me exercise my skill with Hyperledger products for detail. I feel this project will allow me to succeed because my interpersonal skills help me establish meaningful relationships with industry business leaders. I want to reach my full potential in my future jobs and promote my personal and professional development, which could be achieved by a good mentoring in a strategic and supportive way. I desire to develop my employee skills from this program that will remain valuable beyond the duration of this mentoring program. It will provide a direct opportunity for knowledge sharing, enhancing and tapping into corporate knowledge.
I wish to expand my network of contacts and business acquaintances, and I could use this mentoring program as an opportunity to explore the remote work. Technology always fascinate me and I have enthusiastic about Hyperledger products. With the help of a good mentor, I can work more efficiently with a clearer view of the future I am trying to achieve. This will help me feel more confident in my field, which will lead to a better job performance and more success along my chosen road.
