Alex Albano

Alex is the Director of Marketing and Sales at Chainstack Blockchain Managed Services, and the founder of the blockchain consultancy AcchaLabs. Alex has previously been the COO of SpaceChain, instrumental in the creation of the first decentralised network of satellites and part of the team that made the installation of a bitcoin node on the International Space Station a reality. She has been founding member of Ocean Protocol, a decentralised data exchange, and has been advising a number of blockchain projects such as DEXTF, decentralised traded funds, and MahaDao, the world's first non-depreciating currency.

Alex has significant experience in structuring and scaling up operations for start-ups and bringing new products to market - particularly in blockchain and data innovation projects. She has been instrumental in commercializing technologies that have attracted significant investment by major VC funds and corporate partners. Alex has held full budget responsibility for $multi-million projects in Aerospace & Automobile, Government & Public Private Partnerships, Education Management, and Digital Innovation projects. Alex has been nominated in the inaugural IMDA's 100 SG Women in Tech and is an Oxford-Said Business School and INSEAD alumna.


Darshana Jain

With around 25 years of experience in technology and real-estate, Darshana has broken quite a few stereotypes about women in male-dominated businesses. She is first woman to be elected on the executive committee of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI). She is also the Regional Chair for FIBREE (Foundation for International Blockchain and Real Estate Expertise) 

Her varied roles in strategy, engineering, business development, sales, marketing, and company leadership with Fortune 500 companies in the US and UK have given her a strong global edge. She puts this to good use to help start-ups she invests in to scale up, drive profitability and create sustainable business growth.

Darshana is currently the CEO  and partner in Snapper Future Tech. She firmly believes that enterprise blockchain is the future and can help solving real world problems in identity management, sustainable supply chain, e- governance and healthcare.  


Jasveen Kaur

Senior Product Manager with 15+ years of experience in creating product and platform strategies and translating them into respective products across many verticals/domains such as Supply Chain, Automotive, Manufacturing, Mobility, Health Care and Retirement Wealth. Experienced in emerging technologies such as Blockchain, AI and IOT. Currently working as a Senior Product Manager for Bosch Blockchain Platform (based on Quorum) and Distributed application (Automotive application) and responsible for the creating the product vision, strategy. Conducted primary and secondary research (including competitor analysis, benchmarking study) to identify capabilities and features for the distributed application that resolves business needs and future proofs customer. Worked with the team to implement functional specifications (epics, stories, UX mockups, etc.). One of the recent key initiative include leading decentralization transformation for one of the major Automotive major in NA region such circular economy can be established across key supply chain stakeholder players in order to meet the sustainability goal. Recently have won the Silver Award (Innovation Category) from RBEI Bosch and past accolades includes winning WI President Circle Award’17 (Austin,TX) at Fidelity Investments. Recent abstract on sustainability was accepted for book 'Beyond the 2ºC - Business and Policy Trajectories to Climate Change Adaptation” which will be published by Palgrave Macmillan. The abstract indicated how emerging technologies such as blockchain can help adapt to climate change.

Raghavendra Deshmukh

Raghavendra is a Software Engineering and Development Professional with 23+ years of experience in areas of Supply Chain Networks, Blockchain, IoT, Business Intelligence and EPM Applications.  He currently works at Walmart Global Tech leading the Blockchain Platform and Applications Development using Hyperledger Technologies for Food Supply Chain Provenance & Safety.  In the past years he has been with SAP Labs India where he has led Engineering teams on Innovations in Blockchain for International Paperless Trade, Farm to Consumer solutions, Logistics Business Collaboration Networks, Transportation Resource Optimization, Master Data Services etc.  He has been an avid Intrapreneur at SAP with Ideas in the areas of IoT based Worker Safety and Passenger Flow Optimization. He has been speaking on the topic of Blockchain at various Industry and Academia events.


Deborah Kestin Schildkraut

Global Program Director – IBM AI Applications & Blockchain Ecosystem Marketing Leader
Deborah is currently the IBM AI Applications & Blockchain Ecosystem Marketing Leader focused on Blockchain-for-good and Business Partner ecosystem development. She has been recognized with the 2020 CompTIA Woman in Technology Leadership Award for technology leadership, mentoring women in tech, and deep involvement in community service initiatives. She was also recognized as one of the CRN Women of the Channel for 2019 & 2020. She serves on the CompTIA Blockchain Advisory Council as Co-Chair and has served in a variety of global channel leadership roles for Business Partner Strategy & Communications, Digital Content Marketing, and Value Added Distributor marketing. She developed and launched the IBM Business Partner Innovation Center program with 100 cross-brand centers worldwide.
