1.Do you have any questions about the Giving Chain project and what the project GOAL is?

    As discussed in the interview

2.Do you have a preference to part-time (20 hours a week from June to November). Or Full time  (40 hours from June to August)

    As discussed in the interview

3.Describe what you feel the project must overcome

  • The first and foremost important obstacle that we must overcome is distance i.e. if someone wants to donate to an organization that is far away and is in need of help and you particularly want to help that organization.
  • We should add the option for monetary help if someone needs it.
  • The next problem is of volunteers to find self-motivated volunteers for this cause, for this we should make an incentive system for volunteers.
  • Trust issue- there is always a trust issue with donations that is where exactly are the donations going so to solve this we should add the use of bags equipped with RFID tags.
  • The next problem is with identity sometimes people want to do anonymous donations so we should add the option of anonymous donations we can do this with the help of DID and we can add our DID agent to the giving chain website.
  • Then there is a problem with stolen goods for which again the RFID tags would be a feasible and a great choice.

4.What does success look like for this project.

  • When the project is being used internationally.
  • We have excess volunteers.
  • When are able to change the world for some people by helping them.
  • When the big organizations start asking for collaborations.
