The extent to which the topic leverages core blockchain technologies effectively.

Innovation & Uniqueness (5 marks)

Novelty of the problem addressed and uniqueness of the solution proposed.

Phase 2: Literature Study

Depth of Research (5 marks)

Breadth and depth of reviewed literature including academic, industrial, and technical sources.

Identification of Gaps (5 marks)

Ability to critically analyze existing solutions and define a clear research/solution gap.
