Announcements

Identifying your role in the LFDT community helps build trust, encourage collaboration, and show your support. Simple titles like "LFDT Community Member" or "LFDT Contributor" or other developer related roles in your email signature or social profiles let others know how you’re involved. It’s a small step that makes a big difference—join others in adopting this practice following our guidance documented here.

Code & Projects

LF Decentralized Trust has introduced a Besu Certified Service Provider (CSP) program to make it faster and easier for enterprises to implement Besu. CSPs are pre-qualified professional service providers that have demonstrated experience in deploying, implementing, and supporting specific LF Decentralized Trust technologies. If you’re looking for help with Besu, check it out. If you’d like to become a Certified Service Provider, details for that are on the CSP page as well.

The members of the Telecom Special Interest Group are writing a series of posts that explores the evolution of OAuth 2.0 authorization in 5G Core Networks, highlighting its current limitations and the potential of decentralized frameworks to enhance security. The posts will discuss how OAuth 2.0 operates in 5G, its risks, and how the integration of Hyperledger Fabric can overcome these challenges. If you’re interested in how decentralized technology is being used in telecom, check out the first post.
