Every while, the LFDT Arabian Chapter holds a meeting with the community at large.  We have a mix of returning and new members to the LFDT Arabian Chapter community. This page is a helpful checklist of things all chapter members should do to get set up and stay connected with the LFDT Arabian Chapter community as they serve as a member.

Getting Started 

Everyone is welcome to get involved.  Not sure where to start?  Follow the steps mentioned below to get started. 

1. Get a free  Linux Foundation ID (LFID) to access our tools if you do not already have one. 

2. Log into the LFDT Wiki and follow the LFDT Arabian Chapter space. (Click the "Watch" button in the upper right, then click "Watch all content in this space". That way you'll get notifications via email of all edits and new pages on time.) 

3. Join the LFDT Arabian Chapter mailing list (on the LFDT list manager). 

4. Log into the LFDT Discord and join the #arabian-chapter 

5. Add the LFDT Arabian Chapter meetings to your calendar. 

6. Add yourself to the community directory. 

7. Read the Anti-trust Policy Notice & Code of Conduct.  

8. Watch the Getting Involved with LFDT videos. 

9. Visit the Frequently Asked Questions page.
